Yūichirō Yoshizato (吉里 雄一郎, Yoshizato Yūichirō ?) is a B-rank Gunner and the captain of Yoshizato Squad.
Appearance
Yoshizato is a light-skinned, young man of average height and build. He has a crooked nose and messy light brown hair cropped in a buzz cut at the sides of his head. Like his teammates', his uniform emulates a basic tracksuit style, combining a high-collared, zipped sweater with a single white line running along its sleeves with darker pants and a black undershirt[2] (maroon in the anime).[3] Border's logo is located on the outer side of both sleeves, roughly around the halfway point of the humerus.
Plot
Introduction Arc
Yoshizato Squad is presumably involved in the extermination of all Rads in Mikado City.[4]
B-Rank Wars Arc
In the round one lower-group match, Yoshizato's Squad goes against Mamiya Squad and Mikumo Squad. They are easily taken down by Yūma.[5]
Abilities
As the captain of a B-rank Squad, Yoshizato should be individually more powerful than C-rank trainees and possess a modicum of strategic skills and leadership. He keeps many of his Trigger slots free to adapt his fighting style to his strategy.[1] His main weapon is an assault rifle.[6] Yoshizato's Squad is strong at standard tactics.[2] However, all three members were single-handedly taken down by Yūma[6] before they could show their true capabilities.[2]
