Plot[edit | edit source]
History[edit | edit source]
Following the Second Large-Scale Invasion, Hiura's parents were going to move out of Mikado City because of the danger. Due to this, the girls vowed to reach upper B-rank before she left. In Round 2, they had gone up against Suzunari First, Urushima Squad, and Kakizaki Squad, tying with the latter two squads at 2 points.
B-Rank Wars Arc[edit | edit source]
Nasu Squad is given the right to choose the stage for the Round 3 rank war. After analyzing Tamakoma Second and Suzunari First, they choose the city riverside in stormy weather. As their plan hinges on the reuniting the team, when they are all in distant initial locations, they prioritize getting together at the bridge. However, Chika destroys the bridge, leaving Nasu on one side, and Kumagai and Hiura on the other. Hiura and Kumagai are taken out by Yūma and Murakami respectively, while Nasu defeats everyone on her side, save Chika, earning her team 3 points. However, she is forced to Bail Out due to excessive Trion leakage, giving Tamakoma Second the victory. Nasu Squad placed in second.
During Galopoula's Invasion, Hiura assembles with the rest of the sniping force, shooting the waves of Idras. Nasu and Kumagai confront Wen Sō, Gatlin, and Ratarykov . Gatlin and Ratarykov escape, making it a battle between Wen Sō and the girls. Wen Sō uses Servitora to confuse them, severing Nasu's arm. However, with the arrival of Kikuchihara, the duo were able to pinpoint the real Wen Sō and defeat her.
After their victorious last round of Rank Wars, Nasu Squad is joined by Chika and her friend for Hiura's send-off; the former teammate appoints Izuho as her successor before leaving the city.[6]
Away Mission Test Arc[edit | edit source]
Due to Nasu's physical condition, only Kumagai and Shiki participate in the test.[7] Shiki is assigned to Utagawa's Squad 1 as its operator, and Kumagai is picked by Murakami to join his Squad 10.
