B-Rank Wars Arc[edit | edit source]
Kageura Squad is pitted against Tamakoma Second, Ninomiya Squad, and Azuma Squad. During the battle, their members are initially located far apart, though Kageura and Ema squade to defeat Inukai. Kitazoe stays further away and makes powerful long-distance attacks with Meteor. Both Ema and Kitazoe are taken down by Ninomiya, while Kageura and Yūma battle. After Yūma is defeated by Ninomiya, Kageura hides and waits until time out, giving Ninomiya Squad the victory.
In Round 7, they go against Tamakoma Second again, alongside Suzunari First and Azuma Squad. Kitazoe and Kageura battle against Kuruma and Murakami before Yūma and Hyuse show up, where Kitazoe is decapitated by Yūma and Kageura bails out due to trion loss. Ema manages to take off Osamu's arm and causes the captain to bail out from trion loss later in the match. Ema also shoots Kuruma through the floor, causing the other captain to bail out. He is shot down after escaping from Koarai and Okudera, by Azuma who was waiting on a lower floor. They end the round with 2 points.
Away Mission Test Arc[edit | edit source]
All four members of Kageura Squad participate in Phase 1. Kitazoe leads Squad 4, Kageura is picked to be on Kakizaki's Squad 3, Ema is chosen by Ninomiya to be on his Squad 8, and Nire is assigned to Ōji's Squad 2.
