Chano Squad ((ちゃ)() (たい), Chano-tai ?) is a B-Rank Squad led by Makoto Chano whose current rank is unknown. It was formed by Eizō Netsuki to be the next PR Squad, following Arashiyama Squad.[3][4] At the start of the current season, they were ranked 19th.[1]

    Members[edit | edit source]

    Plot[edit | edit source]

    Introduction Arc[edit | edit source]

Chano Squad presumably takes part in the extermination of all Rads in Mikado City.[5]

    Large-Scale Invasion Arc[edit | edit source]

They were introduced in Chapter 47 and shot at Yūma under suspicion that he was a Neighbor, but then got grabbed by a Rabbit, however Arashiyama Squad saved them.[6]

They were later shown shooting at Ranbanein but were quickly defeated and Bailed Out.[7]

    B-Rank Wars Arc[edit | edit source]

    Round 1 Day Division[edit | edit source]

As Tamakoma Second fought against Yoshizato and Mamiya Squad[8], They presumably fought against, Matsushiro Squad, Ebina Squad, and Tokiwa Squad in the Lower Group, at the end of the Round 1 matches, they go up by one to 18th.[2]

They went to watch Tamakoma Second's Second Match.[9]

Chano Squad's placement at the end of the current Rank War season is unknown,[10] but it can be inferred that they lie somewhere within 18th-21st place.

Away Mission Test Arc[edit | edit source]

They were listed to be on the early shift Defense Duty during day 2 of phase 1[11], along with Fuyushima, Kako, Mamiya Squad, and Tamakoma First.[11]

    Trivia[edit | edit source]

    • Their promotion to B-rank was possibly owing to Netsuki, and they still worked hard despite not having a clear goal in mind.[4]
