Motokichi Kinuta (鬼怒田 本吉, Kinuta Motokichi ?) is the research and development director of Border's headquarters.
Appearance
Motokichi is a middle-aged, short, and squat man. He has short, black hair and dark circles around his eyes. Being a high-ranking member of Border, he usually wears a suit.
Personality
Motokichi is a grumpy and rough man, becoming easily angered. He does, however, have a soft spot for young children, having a daughter of his own.[5]
Trivia
- His surname is an inversion of tanuki (狸 ?), which means "raccoon dog" in Japanese. In Japanese folklore, tanuki are rivals of kitsune (狐 ?), the inversion of Netsuki's surname.
