Eizō Netsuki (根付 栄蔵, Netsuki Eizō ?) is Border's public relations director.

Eizō is a thin, middle-aged man of frail appearance. He has chin-length hair and a big, arched nose, along with the usual relaxed or puzzled expression. Being a high-ranking member of Border, he often wears the same navy-colored suit.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Eizō is a usually a calm person, but gets easily nervous. He is shown to be very fearful and to worry about his image.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- His Surname Netsuki (根付 ?) means Netsuke which is made up of the symbols for rot and adhere/attach, while Eizō (栄蔵 ?) is made up of the symbols for Flourish and Storehouse
- He likes black tea, horses, gardening, and collecting Border's merchandise.[3][4]
- Kageura landed an uppercut on him resulting to the latter's demotion to B-Rank.[6][7]
