“ | Marmods, huh! Then, if you want, you can even fight the Marmods from the "Yashamaru Series" I programmed myself! | ” |
–Shiori Usami to Osamu Mikumo, in Chapter 50.[1] |
The Yashamaru Series (やしゃまる シリーズ, Yashamaru Shirīzu ?) is a virtual training program created by Shiori Usami that is based on specially modified Trion Soldiers.
As creator, Usami seems proud of it and overly eager for someone to use it in virtual training.[1]
Appearance[edit | edit source]
They all look like regular Marmods, but with a different color, in accordance with their name. Their eyeball and eye color are also different; Gold has an ochre eyeball with orange eyes, Black has a dark blue eyeball with light yellow eyes, Honey Brown has a dark green eyeball with lime green eyes, and Pink has a dark violet eyeball with magenta eyes. Their blade appendices also have different colors from the rest of their bodies, with Gold's being bronze, Black's being a lighter shade of grey, Honey Brown's being cinnamon, and Pink's being hot pink. Pink has lipstick on, but it has been removed from the anime for no known reason.
