This page is about the Chapter. For other intentions, see Hyuse (disambiguation).
Hyuse 7 (ヒュース ➆ Hyūsu 7 ?) is Chapter 175 of the World Trigger Manga.
Short Summary[edit | edit source]
Hyuse bails out after being snipped, leaving only Yūma and Chika.
Chika is ordered by Hyuse and Osamu to launch more Meteors which causes chaos leaving no choices for Azuma Squad's remaining members but to voluntarily bail out. Tamakoma Second gets the survival points, the match ends with their win and they become B-rank #3, which places right below Ninomiya and Kageura Squads.
Long Summary[edit | edit source]
Hyuse spots Azuma's Bagworm and sends half his shots at it. Unfortunately, this is a trap set up by the captain. Azuma snipes Hyuse with Ibis, and Hyuse manages to damage Azuma's foot with his remaining shots before he bails out. Koarai escapes the mall and asks Azuma what he should do. Azuma states that they should watch for what Tamakoma Second does, and decide from there.
Hyuse, freshly bailed out, joins Osamu and Usami at the computer. He tells Chika to hit the mall with Meteor once more, saying that the remaining two of Azuma Squad have damaged legs and it would likely convince them to voluntarily bail out. Chika complies, and Azuma Squad moves as Hyuse predicted. Tamakoma Second gains the two survival points and wins the round 6-2-2-1.
Following the conclusion of the round, Yuitsuka explains Azuma's Bagworm trap which consisted of strategic use of his main trigger. Arashiyama praises Hyuse's skills and judgement. Inukai starts his commentary about Suzunari First on a positive note before noting that their lights strategy would have worked on anyone BUT Kageura and when he mentions that Taichi was bailed out before he even fired a single shot, Taichi is visibly negative to his plan. Kuruma reassures him that the plan was good, but what convinces Taichi that it worked well was Arashiyama's praise and anticipation to what else Suzunari First might do.
Inukai and Arashiyama continue to recount the round, talking about Hyuse and his Escudo usage, Murakami's stellar performance, and Yūma's top notch support. Inukai then notes that Kageura's performance seemed lacking. In Kageura Squad's Strategy Room, Kageura makes it known that he now has a goal to fight for: Ema's ticket aboard the away ship.
They talk about the conclusion of the round, and Azuma tells Koarai and Okudera that they can now use subtriggers. Meanwhile in Tamakoma Second's operation room, Osamu asks Hyuse why he didn't use Viper. Hyuse explains his inaction from his strategical perspective, and Osamu is amazed.
With the points added up, Tamakoma Second is now in third place, tied with Kageura Squad. Ninomiya, Tsuji, and Izumi are seen discussing the upcoming round, and it seems that Ninomiya's opinions on Tamakoma Second have changed greatly since the last time they faced off.
