Yūichi Jin (迅 悠一 Jin Yūichi ?) is Chapter 11 of the World Trigger Manga.
Short summary[edit | edit source]
Jin and Yūma meet for the first time. With the discovery of the cause of the irregular gates, all agents are mobilized for extermination.
Long summary[edit | edit source]
Osamu asks Jin if he knows the origin of the irregular gates, to which the latter replies that while he doesn't, his side effect says everything will be alright. Osamu goes home that night and discusses side effects with Replica and Yūma. Osamu realizes that Yūma is still at school, and the Neighbor just says that he is looking for the cause of the gates.
The next day, Miwa and Yoneya watch Osamu leave his house. Jin sneaks up on them, startling the two high schoolers. Jin gives Miwa and Yoneya a meeting notice before leaving to join Osamu. Jin and Osamu meet up with Yūma where he defeated the Bamster before, and Jin immediately catches on that Yūma is a Neighbor. However, he reveals that he has no ill intentions and tells the two about his side effect which allows him to see the future.
Yūma tells the two that he found the cause of the irregular gates: Rads, which are annoying bug-like trion soldiers that slowly take trion from people around them to open gates. With this new knowledge, Jin rounds up everyone at Headquarters and all agents are mobilized to exterminate the rads. Jin and Yūma agree to give all credit to Osamu so as to help him get promoted.
Some time later, a young girl is walking down the street.
