Suzunari First 3 (鈴鳴 第一 ③ Suzunari Dai-ichi 3 ?) is Chapter 168 of the World Trigger Manga.
Short Summary[edit | edit source]
Murakami and Kuruma fight Kageura and Kitazoe. Meanwhile, Osamu faces off Koarai and Okudera.
Long Summary[edit | edit source]
After seeing Murakami's black Kogetsu, Kageura immediately tries to strike Murakami down but fails as Murakami able to block and counterattack his attacks. Seeing an opening, Kuruma takes a few shots towards Kageura but Kitazoe manages to deploy Shield to block the shots. Kageura follows by attacking Kuruma with his Mantis only to be cut off by Murakami.
As the battle between the four combatants continues, Yuitsuka, Inukai and Arashiyama analyze both Kageura and Murakami in order to determine who would win their fight. They also analyze both Kitazoe and Kuruma, as their performance plays the biggest part in the outcome of the battle.
The commentators' analysis stops when they notice that Murakami and Kuruma are on the defensive due to Kageura and Kitazoe's relentless attacks. Feeling pressured by their attacks, Kuruma substitutes his Shield with a rifle and focuses his attacks on Kitazoe. This decision proves effective as Kuruma manages to overturn the situation in his favor. Thinking that they cannot win without Ema's support, Kageura decides to pull back, which surprises Kitazoe.
Meanwhile, Osamu tries to escape Okudera's pursuit by blocking his path with Spider. Seeing this, Okudera relays an instruction to Koarai to cut off Osamu's path and he responds by using Grasshopper to jump one floor ahead of Osamu. In order to prevent being cornered, Osamu activates Thruster and pins Koarai against the railing. While Koarai is regaining his balance Osamu tries to escape only run into Ema who's been lying in wait. Noticing that Ema is about to shoot both him and Koarai, Osamu reacts by dodging the shot while slamming Koarai with his Raygust and throwing him off to the floor below. Osamu then proceeds to close the distance while attacking Ema with Asteroid. At that moment, Betsuyaku surprises Ema, Osamu, and Okudera by switching off the lights. During the confusion, Ema takes the opportunity to shoot Osamu's right arm off by aiming at the luminescence of Osamu's Raygust.
