    Raygust[edit source]

    Raygust Users
    A-Rank
    Reiji Kizaki
As a Perfect All-Rounder[1][2], and the No. 1 All-Rounder[3], Reiji has potentially scored at least 6,000 points with Raygust.[4] Reiji primarily uses Raygust with either one[5][6][7] or both hands[8], he mainly combines the punch with Thruster[5][6], but not always.[8] Even without using Thruster he was able to destroy the head of two Dogs[8], with Thruster he was able to send a Rabbit flying several meters[9] and break through Lampyris's shield while also damaging Hyuse's trion body.[7] He has also used Thruster to launch Raygust in Blade Mode at a distant target.[10] Reiji has also used Shield Mode to block Lampyris's shards without issue.[11] Reiji first uses Raygust in Chapter 53 (Episode 25 in the anime).
    Yukimaru Ichijō
    B-Rank
    Osamu Mikumo
Raygust is Osamu's Attacker Trigger[12], and he is a developing user. When Osamu was C-rank, he would use Raygust in Blade Mode[13][14] due to not knowing about Shield Mode[15], during this time he was unable to pierce a Bamster's armor[16], but was able to cut off a Marmod's limb[17], however he was defeated not long after by a different Marmod.[18] After becoming B-rank he switched to a more defensive role[19] by primarily using Shield Mode along with other triggers, but has been shown to still use Blade Mode when need be. The first time he used Raygust in Blade Mode as a B-rank agent, he was able to take down a Bander using Thruster[20] after stunning it.[21] not long after, he would become Karasuma's student[22] which let improve enough to take down a Marmod[23] by himself[24] by switching between using Asteroid defensively[25], and Thruster offensively.[23] Not long after, he would kill a Rabbit that was thought to have already been destroyed.[26] However he would not use Raygust in Blade mode until Round 5 where Osamu will start almost exclusively use Blade Mode in conjugation with Thruster for various reasons. In Round 5, Osamu uses the combo to hold down Wakamura[27], and then defeat him using a delayed Asteroid.[27] In Round 6, Osamu uses the combo to get close to Kashio and then slash him in half.[28] in Round 7, Osamu is able to defend himself from Okudera[29], and later Koarai[30] primarily using Blade Mode by itself[29][30], and only used Thruster to forcibly move Koarai[31][32] he would later use it near the end of the round to block Murakami's Blade Mode Thruster that was launched at Osamu.[33] In Round 8, Osamu used Blade Mode Thruster in conjugation with Yūma's Grasshopper to try and hit Ninomiya[34], however it gets blocked.[34]

When Osamu uses Shield Mode, he primarily uses Asteroid offensively with Shield Mode as a shield[21][25][35][36][37][38][39], however he has been shown using other triggers in his other hand: Osamu has used Shield and Shield Mode to maximize his defensive output against Rei Nasu[40], Bagworm to stay hidden from the Radar[41][42], and Spider to either add more wires in the middle of battle[43][44], or to deceive other combatants.[45][46] He was first seen using Raygust in Blade Mode in Chapter 1 (Episode 1 in the anime), while shield mode was first seen in Chapter 12 (6 in the anime).

    Kō Murakami
Murakami is a very prolific Raygust user. He generally sets it to Shield Mode for its high durability, but on occasion he will switch to Blade Mode, often in conjunction with Thruster. His guard is difficult to break even for more skilled Attackers[47] and multiple opponents.[48] He can close in on the enemy and parry with his shield and only move it aside after unleashing his own attack,[49] barely exposing himself even when the swing forces him to show his back to the opponent.[50] He can also angle the shield to disperse part of the power of attacks too powerful to tank head-on,[51] and has recently learned to protect both himself and his captain at the same time.[52] The shield is also useful to create distance between Murakami and his opponent,[53] By morphing it, he can trap the opponent's blade to unbalance them[54] or pin the opponent themselves to a surface,[55] so as to follow up with a critical Kogetsu slash while they are vulnerable. He also shapeshifts Raygust in Blade Mode to better throw it.[56][33] Murakami is first seen using Raygust in Chapter 44 (Episode 22 in the anime).
    Temporary/Former Users
    Yūma Kuga
Yūma borrowed Osamu's training Raygust to battle the Marmods invading their school without being detected by Border.[57] Despite it being his first time using it, Yūma easily shape-shifted it into a shorter, lighter blade with a curved tip[57] and easily killed the Marmod.[58] Ai Kitora expressed doubts that she would be able to achieve the same feat,[59] which is all the more impressive considering that it was Yūma's first time wielding a Border Trigger. He used Raygust in Chapter 5 (Episode 3 in the anime).

    Thruster[edit source]

    Thruster Users
    A-Rank
    Reiji Kizaki
Reiji primarily uses Thruster to propel his fist,[5] generating enough force to send a Rabbit flying several meters[9] and break through Lampyris's shield while also damaging Hyuse's trion body.[7] He has also used Thruster to launch Raygust in Blade Mode at a distant target.[10] Reiji first uses Thruster in Chapter 53 (Episode 25 in the anime).
    Yukimaru Ichijō
    B-Rank
    Osamu Mikumo
Osamu utilizes Thruster chiefly to increase the speed of his slashes with Raygust[28], as well as to rapidly close in on the opponent.[60][61] He is also capable of using it to dodge,[62] or move to a better position[63], throw Raygust in Blade Mode at the enemy[64] and to push an opponent in a favorable position with his Attacker Trigger in Shield[65][27] or Blade Mode.[32] Osamu was first seen using Thruster in Chapter 12 (Episode 6 in the anime).

Shield Charge[66] (シールド 突撃(チャージ), Shīrudo Chāji ?): Osamu activates Thruster while Raygust is in Shield Mode in order to ram into the target at high speed, pushing them back.[65] It should also be noted he has done the same feat while raygust was in blade mode.[32] By prolonging its duration, this technique can be used to forcibly relocate an opponent.[67][31] Osamu first uses this technique in Chapter 36 (Episode 18 in the anime).

    Kō Murakami
Murakami is a versatile Raygust user. He primarily utilizes it in conjunction with Raygust in Shield Mode to ram the opponent, throwing them off balance and pushing them back.[68] He can also use it to launch the shield at his opponent as a mobile barrier[69] and propel himself to accelerate and change direction even in mid-air.[70] By using Raygust in Blade Mode, he can also activate Thruster to make his slashes faster and more powerful,[71] as well as to shoot the blade at a distant target.[56] Murakami first uses Thruster in chapter 99 (episode 45 in the anime).

    3. Daisuke Ashihara: Q: I would like to know the rankings of the Gunners and Shooters like we do with the Attackers and Snipers.
A: From what I remember, The top 3 Shooters, from the top, are Ninomiya, Izumi, and Kako. Top 3 Gunners are Kazuma, Yuba, and Katagiri Top 3 All-Rounders are Reiji, Arashiyama, and Miwa.

    4. Daisuke Ashihara: Q: How is an All-Rounder defined?
A: An All-Rounder is ‘an agent who has earned more than 6,000 solo points in both Attacker and Gunner Triggers respectively’. Right now Border’s overall level is on the rise and there are those who say it should be raised to above 8,000.
