Osamu Mikumo vs. Sōya Kazama is a mock battle between Osamu Mikumo and Sōya Kazama that happened in Border HQ.

Prologue

Yūma Kuga and Chika Amatori officially become trainees but Sōya Kazama wants to fight their unofficial captain, Osamu Mikumo in a mock battle to which he accepts.

Aftermath

Osamu loses 24 times, however during the 25th match, he used a combination of Thruster with Raygust in Shield mode and Asteroid to destroy Kazama's trion body, however he used Scorpion at the same time leading to a tie.
