Hyuse vs. Reghindetz was a confrontation between Hyuse and Reghindetz at the end of the Galopoula invasion.

Galopoula launches an attack against Border under the orders of Aftokrator. As the battle starts to draw to a close, Reghindetz becomes desperate and tries to make a diversion by running towards the city.[1]
Summary[edit source]
Reghindetz is “walking his Dogs” in the park when Hyuse approaches him.[2] Immediately recognizing him as a citizen of Aftokrator, he goes on guard. Hyuse makes a request, asking for the Galopoula soldiers to take him back to his home planet.[3]
Reghindetz remembers Ratarykov telling him that Miden had a captive, but to not prioritize them unless they got in his way, at which point he could dispatch of him. As the realization sets in, Yōtarō (riding on Raijinmaru) approaches the two. Both Hyuse and Reghindetz are confused by his entrance. Yotaro hands Hyuse his Horn trigger. It is revealed that Jin tasked Yōtarō with watching his trigger in the case that Hyuse would try to leave. Yōtarō tells Hyuse to come clean.
Yomi notifies Reghindetz of the mission failure and tells him to retreat.[4] Reghindetz is infuriated by this, saying that this is all Aftokrator’s fault. A flashback shows Aftokrator’s invasion into Galopoula. Ranbanein wonders aloud what they should do with a younger Reghindetz, to which Hyrein tells him to leave him be.[5]
Reghindetz declines to let Hyuse aboard Galopoula’s expedition ship, trying to rile up Hyuse by telling him that he is becoming accustomed to life on Miden. Reghindetz then demands that Hyuse use Yōtarō as a hostage to prove that he isn’t siding with Miden.
The three end up in a tense stare down. Jin nearly intervenes from afar, but Hyuse takes action first. He stabs Yōtarō with a Scorpion blade. Reghindetz is shocked that Hyuse would kill a child, and harshly tells him that he will not take Hyuse to the ship. He proceeds to tell him that his country left him, and that Aftokrator should take responsibility for killing a child, not Galopoula.
Turns out Hyuse and Yōtarō faked the stab using a technique not unlike one of a magician’s.[6] Yōtarō asks Reghindetz if it means Hyuse can’t go home, shocking Reghindetz into silence. Reghindetz accuses them of setting him up, but Hyuse counters that Reghindetz was indeed the one who first set them up. Reghindetz activates Thugator, and Hyuse activates Lampyris.[7] Reghindetz and his dogs are immediately overwhelmed. Hyuse thanks him for the information before taking out the entire group with one move. Reghindetz bails out, to Yōtarō’s momentary surprise. Jin joins the two on the street as Hyuse deactivates Lampyris.
Aftermath[edit source]
Hyuse uses the favor he got from Jin back during Round 4 to request him to send him back to Aftokrator.[8]
Back on Galopoula’s ship, Wen Sō scolds Reghindetz for his recklessness.[9]
This confrontation marks the end of Galopoula's invasion.
