Yūma Kuga vs. Shun Midorikawa is a fight between Yūma Kuga and Shun Midorikawa that happened in Border HQ.
Prologue[edit source]
Yūma goes to the solo rank war booths near the end of the Osamu Mikumo vs. Shun Midorikawa fight and after Osamu comes out of his booth, Yūma tells him that he attracts alot of attention. After Midorikawa comes out of his booth, Yūma asks him if he brought all of the spectators, but Midorikawa lies and says they were attracted by the Kazama fight which activates Yūma's Side Effect.
After Yūma says he "tells the stupidest lies", he asks for a match and if he wins, then he can have all 1508 of his points which annoys Midorikawa since that means he is a C-rank. He then asks Yūma if he was planning on fighting him with a training trigger, but Yūma claims that is enough to beat him, which annoys Midorikawa even more but he then asks how many points does he want, but Yūma claims he doesn't want points but wants Midorikawa to treat Osamu with more respect.
