The following schools are those attended by Border agents in Mikado City.
Middle Schools
First Mikado City Middle School
This school was closest to the area affected by the first invasion. The invasion made the school lose 30% of its student body. Yuzuru Ema is a student here.[1]
Second Mikado City Middle School
Most of the C-Rank agents kidnapped in the Large-Scale Invasion came from this school district. Kotarō Tomoe is a student here, and Akane Hiura was formerly.[1]
Third Mikado City Middle School
The middle school that Osamu, Yūma, Chika, and Izuho attend.[1]
Fourth Mikado City Middle School
A middle school farthest from the initial damage done by neighbors, and far from the city center. Futaba Kuroe, Shun Midorikawa, and Sakurako Taketomi attend this school.[1]
Rokueikan Middle School
(六頴館中学校, Rokueikan Chū Gakkō?)
A private middle school associated with the Border-endorsed high school of the same name. Attended by Yutaka Kashio, who is student council president, and the members of Kōda Squad.[2]
High Schools
Rokueikan High School
A prep school in Mikado City affiliated with Border attended by many of its agents.[2]
First Mikado City High School
A Border-affiliated high school, where the majority of students at Border are enrolled.[2]
Other
Seirin Girls Academy
(星輪 女学院, Seirin Jyo Gaku-in?)
A prestigious middle and high school for girls. It is quite far from the Danger Zone. It is attended by Kirie Konami, Rei Nasu, An Kobayakawa, Hanao Tsukimi, Fumika Teruya, and Ai Kitora and was attended by Ren Tsukimi who is an alumni.[2]

Mikado Public College
The university in Mikado City, attended by many agents. There is a relationship between Border and the university.[2]
