Shizuka City (四塚市, Shizuka-shi ?) is a seaside city located miles from Mikado City.

It has a big resort facility built on a small island near the mainland called Shizuka Marine World and Border's Training Camp near a lake, where Osamu and the others went for training. There is an abandoned amusement park on the outskirt of the city, called Shizuka Land.
