Ergates (エルガテス, Erugatesu ?) is an Errant Nation[1] in the Neighborhood and the homeworld of Xeno, Lilith, Giev and Charon.[1]

Ergates is a nation with a hot climate and surrounded by barren deserts.[2] Due to its extreme climate, there is barely any water and the citizens, especially those in the lower-class, often fight over a cup of water at the expense of their own life.[3]
