Narasaka is the No. 2 Sniper in Border,[1] and his marksmanship is said to be on par with Tōma's.[2] Due to the latter fooling around during Sniper practice, Narasaka always lands in first place. He is one of the only two Snipers capable of hitting an immobile target from 1 kilometer away.[3] Narasaka is capable of hitting a moving target as fast as Yūma with his Black Trigger active, severing his arm. In the battle against Aftokrator, Narasaka was able to shoot between the minuscule, mobile gaps of Hyrein's defenses commenting, "A school of fish doesn't count as a shield in my book."[4] He is also endowed with oustanding perception,[2] which allows him to grasp the opponent's countermeasures against him just from their movements. Although choosing a good position is a prerequisite for all Snipers, Narasaka excels at selecting the best firing line.[2]

Narasaka is the Sniper with the second highest score with Egret,[5] which suggests he is an extraordinary user. Due to Tōma fooling around during Sniper practice, Narasaka always lands in first place. With this Trigger, his range is the highest in Border,[2] and he is one of the only two agents capable of hitting an immobile target 1 kilometer away.[3] Narasaka was also capable of shooting through the moving, minuscule gaps among Alektor bullets that protected Hyrein.[6] |

Daisuke Ashihara: Q: What distance is the limit for a Sniper Trigger to hit its mark?
A: If it’s an unmoving target, someone who is good at premise sniping like Narasaka or Hanzaki can hit the mark from 1km away with an Egret. An Ibis or Lightning’s range will be shorter.
