Fūjin used to be Jin's main Trigger[1][2], but he is still able to use it at HQ's digression.[3] Jin produced 11 ribbons of light with Fūjin during his fight with the Top Teams.[4] Jin is a skilled enough user that he would be evenly matched with the top 3 squads as well as Miwa Squad[5] if he was by himself[6], however he still won a 6 on 1.[7] Additionally he is slated to head special training for the other Fūjin candidates.[3][8] With his Side Effect, Jin can lay elaborate traps with Fūjin and escape danger while recharging slashes.[9] Jin is first seen using Fūjin in Chapter 26 (Episode 14 in the anime).
Miwa produced about 6 ribbons of light with Fujin during his fight against Hyrein at the end of the Second Large-Scale Invasion[10], but ultimately decides not to keep it and to stay with his squad.[11] With Replica's directions, he managed to hit a fast-moving target outside his line of sight.[12] Miwa is first seen using Fūjin in Chapter 79 (Episode 34 in the anime).
