Liberi (リーベリー, Rīberī ?) is a country in the Neighborhood with the title of The Marine Nation[1] (海洋国家, Kaiyō Kokka ?).

It was one of the four nations that is approaching Earth along with Aftokrator, Leoforio, and Chion for what would be the Second Large-Scale Invasion.[1]
The country is known for how it is surrounded by a vast and bountiful ocean.[1]
