    Chika Amatori
Chika added Lightning to her Trigger Set when she began to use it in conjuction with Lead Bullet, a strategy devised by Mirai Hatohara[1] and suggested to Chika by Yuzuru Ema as a way to get her used to shooting directly at the opponent, as well as to assist her team during combat.[2] This combination would not be practical if not for Chika's massive trion capacity, which increases Lightning's muzzle velocity, as the amount of trion needed for Lead Bullet decreases bullet speed.[3] She is quite proficient with it, and thanks to its relatively high rate of fire she can use it at mid-to-long range to deter her opponents from closing the distance when she must defend her position.[4] Chika is first seen using Lightning in Chapter 119 (Episode 72 in the anime).
    Yuzuru Ema
    Kōji Oki
Oki utilizes Lightning for suppressive fire,[5] pinning a target on whom he does not have a clear line of fire on[6] into position and preventing them from assisting their allies thanks to its high rate of fire.[5] Despite the surprise of Chika attempting a mutual hit, he was accurate enough to force her to dodge, severing her leg in the process.[7] Oki is first seen using Lightning in Chapter 157 (Episode 85 in the anime).
    Haruaki Azuma
Azuma is extremely competent with Lightning. With his ability to change targets at incredible speed, he can make the most of its high rate of fire, shooting Yūma in different spots so he could not defend[8] and hitting Hiro Kitazoe's Meteor bullets in mid-air without wasting a single shot,[9] a feat that the Gunner, a former A-Rank agent with a capable Sniper on his own team, regarded as outstanding.[10] Azuma was first seen using Lightning in Chapter 114 (Episode 69 in the anime).
    Kazuto Tonooka
    Taichi Betsuyaku
Taichi activates Lightning to fight alongside Tatsuya Kuruma at mid-range like a Gunner, exploiting its high rate of fire.[11] He first uses it in Chapter 100 (Episode 46 in the anime).

    Akane Hiura
Hiura used Lightning in the match against Tamakoma Second and Suzunari First to improve her chances of hitting the opponent in harsh weather. She is moderately skilled with it, as she would have hit an airborne Yūma from approximately 100 meters away despite the low visibility had he not dodged[12] and managed to force the highly mobile Attacker to put up a Shield to approach her, although not all her shots hit it.[13] She was able to quickly aim and fire at two stationary Meteor cubes, exploiting the rifle's high rate of fire to have them detonate almost simultaneously.[14] Hiura is first seen using Lightning in Chapter 96 (Episode 44 in the anime).
    Izuho Natsume
Natsume was seen holding Lightning when, along with the other recruits, she tried out all Sniper rifles.[15] In the anime, she was chosen to demonstrate its features, and she managed to hit the center of the target. She's first seen using it in Chapter 34 (Episode 17 in the anime).
