Chion (キオン, Kion ?) is a country in the Neighborhood with the title of The Frozen Super-Power[1] (雪原の大国, Setsugen no Taikoku ?).

It was one of the four nations that is approaching Earth along with Aftokrator, Leoforio, and Liberi for what would be the Second Large-Scale Invasion.[1]
The country is known as a super-power whose harsh terrain and climate thwart enemies from attacking.[1]
According to Replica, it had 6 Black Triggers 7 years prior to Aftokrator's attack on Border.[2] Together with Aftokrator, it is one of the two planet-nations out of those four that use Ilgars.[3]
