Background[edit | edit source]
He joined Border right before it went public[1], presumably he joined as an executive. at some point Kageura threw an uppercut at Eizō Netsuki[2][3] after Netsuki gave the squad false hope of becoming a PR Squad.[4]
Introduction Arc[edit | edit source]
He was first shown with Motokichi Kinuta when deciding Osamu's punishment[5], as well as what to do about the abnormal gates.[6] He later helped Jin and Osamu by sending a TV Broadcast to civilians alerting them about the small neighbors.[7]
Black Trigger Capture Arc[edit | edit source]
He once again appeared with Kinuta at the start of the arc and agreed with Kido that they should take away Yūma's Black Trigger.[8] He then appears at the end of the arc and comments that sending Amō is a bad idea as he "doesn't look human" when fighting with his Black Trigger.[9] after that he thinks Jin is crazy for sheltering a Neighbor while using Border's rules as a shield, but quickly changes his mind after Jin offers Fūjin for Yūma's enlistment.[10]
Large-Scale Invasion Arc[edit | edit source]
He comments on the situation multiple times[11] and explains how Shinoda got to Enedora's location as fast as he did.[12]
B-Rank Wars Arc[edit | edit source]
Pre-Round 6[edit | edit source]
He, along with the rest of Border's executives decided whether or not Hyuse should be allowed to join border.[13]
Post-Round 7[edit | edit source]
He helps out Osamu on figuring out how to diffuse the Hyuse rumor.[14]
Away Mission Test Arc[edit | edit source]
A-Rank Squad Evaluations[edit | edit source]
Netsuki talks about the results along with Karasawa and Kinuta.[15]
Phase 1[edit | edit source]
Netsuki grades the special assignments with the other Top Brass.[16][17][18] Afterwards Top Brass talks about the win ratios[19]
