Konami making short work of two Rabbits.

As the No. 3 Attacker[1] and former No. 1,[2] Konami is an extremely powerful individual. In the past, after Yūichi Jin obtained Fūjin and Kei Tachikawa lost his motivation, she rose to the rank of No. 1 Attacker while participating in Rank Wars only between her middle school graduation and partway through her first year of high school. Her score has been surpassed since then but only by Tachikawa and Sōya Kazama.[2]

In her first fight with Yūma, she was able to defeat him in 9 rounds out of 10,[3] and even later on, he was never able to get more than 3 wins against her.[4] The current difference in strength between them was estimated to match that between Shinoda and Tachikawa.[5] She is said to be strong enough to count as a whole squad[6]; in fact, for the purpose of defense missions, she is considered as such.[7]

Her fighting style ignores trion performance to focus on pure firepower.[6] Her movements are similar to the way a Neighbor fights as stated by Replica.[6][8] Konami is also very fast and agile, easily dodging two Rabbits' attacks and defeating them with little effort.[9] By quickly switching Triggers, she can fight at different ranges and change the speed and power of her attacks. Gatlin commended her offensive abilities and mobility in their fight. His admiration later increased when he learned she was able to strike Vasilissa in the exact same place Tachikawa had already damaged.[10] She is also rather perceptive, understanding that Yūma was the strongest member of what would become his squad just by looking at him,[11] and managing to sense the threat of Organon before knowing it was a Black Trigger, which earned her Viza's praise.[12] Notably, she was uninjured after both the invasion of Aftokrator and Galopoula, despite never being shown to use any defensive Triggers.

    Kirie Konami's Triggers
    Current
    Type Normal Sōgetsu

    Attacker

One of Konami's personal Trigger is Sōgetsu, a knife with a curved blade. It is powerful enough to nick the armor of a Rabbit.[13] She always uses two at the same time, unless to switch briefly to Meteor. It is a Trigger exclusive to the Tamakoma Branch. Konami is shown to be very skilled at using them, taking full advantage of her agility. In the manga, she was first seen using it in Chapter 53, although in the anime she was shown using it as soon as in Episode 12.
    Type Normal Connector

    Optional

The Connector is a Tamakoma branch-exclusive Trigger which can be used to merge two Sōgetsu to create a powerful axe. She was first seen using it in Chapter 55 (Episode 25 in the anime).
    Type Normal Sōgetsu Axe

    Attacker

By placing the tips of Sōgetsu's handles together and using Connector, Sōgetsu becomes a giant battle axe. Despite its big size, Konami can swing it with ease, chaining fast and powerful attacks. Unlike Border's normal Triggers, which are intended for many people to use, Konami's special Triggers focus on "firepower", making them much more destructive in return for an increased trion expense. She was first seen using the axe in Chapter 55 (Episode 25 in the anime).
    Type Normal Meteor

    Shooter

Konami can efficiently use Meteor in conjunction with Sōgetsu, first engaging in close combat to seal the opponent's movements, then retreating quickly and firing Meteor at close[14] or mid-range[15][16] additionally this was noted as her signature surprise attack.[17] Her Meteors are powerful enough to crack the durable armor of Rabbits[13], however it could only leave a dent on Vasilissa regardless if it was a singular attack[15], or combined with Senkū[16]. She is able to scatter her bullets enough to target two opponents at the same time.[18] She was first seen using it in Chapter 53 (Episode 25 in the anime).
    Former
    Type Normal Kogetsu

    Attacker

When Border was founded, Konami dual-wielded Kogetsu as her weapon of choice. They remained her primary Triggers during the few months she participated in Rank Wars. They were a shorter variation of the standard model.[2]

    2. 2.0 2.1 2.2 Daisuke Ashihara: Q: Konami is the No. 3 Attacker, does this mean she shows up in the Solo Rank Wars? And in that case what Triggers does she use?
A: Studying came first for Konami up until the end of her middle school years so she didn’t do any Solo Rank Wars then, and only participated in the period from her middle school graduation and part way through her first year of high school. Back then, in that period, Jin started using Fūjin and Tachikawa had kind of lost his motivation, so Konami sharpened her blades against those like Kazama to reach all the way to No. 1 Attacker. After that, along with Tamakoma’s separation, she took a step back from Rank Wars, but her solo points have only been surpassed by Tachikawa and Kazama so she’s still No. 3 Attacker. Her Triggers at the time were dual-wielded Kogetsu (fairly short).

A: It seems to be as much as the difference between Yūma and Konami right now.

    7. Daisuke Ashihara: Q: Is defense duty done on shifts?
A: Basically it is a 3 shift system with 5 Squads each. defense duty comes about once every 2 days, but frequently there are "mixed squads" being made up of agents who have free time or want more wages, so the actual frequency of work is about once every 3 days. Also, Reiji, Konami, Jin, and HQ Chief Shinoda each count as 1 squad.
