Tonooka is a Sniper specialized in stealth ops who has recently climbed to 3^rd place in Stealth and Target Acquisition Drill. He stalks the target unseen until he is in a position to make his first shot count. When he fights this way he is left to his own devices rather than collaborating with his teammates. His proficiency at stealth and tracking is also useful for espionage.

Tonooka is patient and meticulous, taking a number of factors into account, such as the vulnerability of his target and their reaction time, before opening fire. In addition, he boasts above-average marksmanship, hitting the small portion of Chika Amatori's Meteor cube that was not obscured by a water tank before she was able to fire it, which also testifies to the speed with which he can pick a target and take aim.

Classification Sniper

Egret appears to be Tonooka's preferred rifle. He is considerably proficient with it, hitting the small portion of Chika's Meteor cube that was not obscured by an obstacle before she was able to fire it. Tonooka maintains Egret conjured even before reaching a sniping position, presumably to be able to shoot as soon as an opening presents itself. He is first seen using Egret in Chapter 185 (Episode 96 in the Anime).

Classification Optional	A cloak that prevents the user's Trion signature from being detected by Radar, therefore concealing their position, and a fundamental asset to Snipers. Tonooka is first seen using Bagworm in Chapter 185 (Episode 96 in the Anime).
