Background

He joined Border right before it went public, presumably he joined as an executive.^{[citation needed]} at some point Kageura uppercutted him which lead to his demotion.^{[citation needed]}

Introduction Arc

He was first shown with Motokichi Kinuta when deciding Osamu's punishment, as well as what to do about the abnormal gates.^{[citation needed]} He later helped Jin and Osamu by sending a TV Broadcast to civilians alerting them about the small neighbors.^{[citation needed]}

Black Trigger Capture Arc

He once again appeared with Kinuta at the start of the arc and agreed with Kido that they should take away Yūma's Black Trigger.^{[citation needed]} He then appears at the end of the arc and comments that sending Amō is a bad idea as he "doesn't look human" when fighting with his Black Trigger.^{[citation needed]} after that he thinks Jin is crazy for sheltering a Neighbor while using Border's rules as a shield, but quickly changes his mind after Jin offers Fūjin for Yūma's enlistment.^{[citation needed]}

Large-Scale Invasion Arc

He comments on the situation multiple times^{[citation needed]} and explains how Shinoda got to Enedora's location as fast as he did.^{[citation needed]}

B-Rank Wars Arc

Pre-Round 6

He, along with the rest of Border's executives decided whether or not Hyuse should be allowed to join border.^{[citation needed]}

He helps out Osamu on figuring out how to diffuse the Hyuse rumor.^{[citation needed]}
