    Background

    He joined Border right before it went public, presumably he joined as an executive.[citation needed] at some point Kageura uppercutted him which lead to his demotion.[citation needed]

    Introduction Arc

    He was first shown with Motokichi Kinuta when deciding Osamu's punishment, as well as what to do about the abnormal gates.[citation needed] He later helped Jin and Osamu by sending a TV Broadcast to civilians alerting them about the small neighbors.[citation needed]

    Black Trigger Capture Arc
