This is a tower that is presumably located in Goto City however this is not confirmed. The tower is very tall having a observation room on the 50th floor with Yōsuke claiming that he could see Border HQ.
not much is known about the tower other than there is a west and east side both of which are 50 floors, there is also a "tunnel" that connects the two. There was shown to be a food court and a museum on the 49th floor. The main means of moving between floors seem to be an elevator since the only stairs shown were emergency stairs as after the elevator broke the guests were told to go through said stairs if they wanted to leave.

Giev set up dozens of an Unnamed Spider Trion Soldier at night
in the morning, Yōsuke and Miwa had to go to this tower for a school assignment and they brought along Kodera as they asked Tōru Narasaka if they wanted to join but he refused. Giev "activates" the Spiders to capture civilians to absorb their trion. So the Trio attacks the spiders but they keep regenerating but later Narasaka and Ren shows to try and help out but fails.
Miwa along with Yōsuke run to the observation deck on the 50th floor on the east side by ignoring every regenerating trion soldier. Half way there, Yōsuke stays behind to keep some of the trion soldiers at bay. When Miwa finally gets to the deck he can't finish off the biggest Spider, in thanks to Jin, Tōma arrives with Fūjin and thanks to some coordinated sniping with Tōma and Narasaka, Fūjin reaches Miwa and he destroys all the spiders and free the people who were captured.
