Yoneya and Miwa seem to be very close, as both of them call each other by their first name. They also fight well together, as seen in their debut fight against Yūma and their fight against Koskero.

Midorikawa, Izumi, and Yoneya are seen to be very close to each other. They are playful and tease each other, which is where Izumi's "Tama-baka" and Yoneya's "Yari-baka" nicknames come from.
