Isami Tōma (当(とう)真(ま) 勇(いさみ), Tōma Isami ^?) is the No. 1 Sniper as well as No. 4 Overall, and member of Fuyushima Squad. Due to his actions, he is a minor antagonist of the Black Trigger Retrieval Arc, but later turns into a supporting character.

Appearance

Tōma is a tall individual, with black hair slicked back, forming a small Pompadour on his head.

Personality

Tōma can be very arrogant, downplaying anyone who he judges weak, as shown when he mocked Narasaka's line of thinking, saying that was what made him no. 2 Sniper. Despite that, he is also very friendly, and recognizes a strong enemy. He likes setting personal goals and creating difficulties in its pursuit. In general, he has a very playful, carefree attitude.
