Yotaro Rindo[edit | edit source]
Yōtarō and Ruka are siblings.[1] They usually see each other once a week. They have a good relationship, and Director Rindō says Ruka is protective of Yōtarō.[2]
Masafumi Shinoda[edit | edit source]
Border shelters Ruka by pretending she is a relative of Shinoda's. They're relationship is strained at the moment.[3] Shinoda describes Ruka as "A handful" while Ruka describes Shinoda as "Unruly."
Michael Cronin[edit | edit source]
Cronin has been with Ruka and Yōtarō Rindō since they lived on Aristera. He and Ruka seem friendly.

Kyōko Sawamura[edit | edit source]
Sawamura is Ruka's aide[3] and they seem friendly. Before Kyouko and Shinoda leave Tamakoma, Ruka asks Sawamura to look after Shinoda.
