    (Redirected from Osano)

Never heard of any of 'em!

–Rui Osano about the members of Tamakoma Second, in Chapter 87.[1]

Rui Osano (()()() ()(), Osano Rui ?) is the Operator of Suwa Squad.

    Appearance[edit | edit source]

Osano is a light-skinned teenager with bright, olive-colored eyes and chin-length, messy brown hair styled in frayed bangs. The tufts splay outwards, except for the ones that frame either side of her face. She is often seen sucking on a lollipop. In her Trion Body she wears the standard Operator uniform, with the addition of a headphone set.

    Personality[edit | edit source]

Osano is very laid-back, speaking casually to and teasing her captain Kōtarō Suwa and older agents.[6] Occasionally she can be seen pumping her fist in the air enthusiastically.[7][8] She likes tidiness[9], and habitually chews on the lollipops Konami once bought in bulk.[10]

    Abilities[edit | edit source]

As the Operator of a moderately successful B-rank Squad, Osano is a competent multi-tasker. She is known to be endowed with incomparable instincts.[10]

    Quotes[edit | edit source]

    • "I don't know any of them!"[1]
    • "They're both so small."[11]
    • (To Kōtarō Suwa) "Reiji is a smart beefcake."[12]
    • (To Suwa) "Suwa got zero points! Tsutsumin and Hisa got one each!"[6]

    Trivia[edit | edit source]

    • Osano likes stir-fried udon, mahjong, and foreign novels.[4]
    • In the anime, the members of Tamakoma Second struggle to pronounce her surname.[13]
    • When she was first introduced in her Squad Profile, her surname was misspelled as Kosano.
